Shipping and returns.

Orders are packed and dispatched from London. Delivery is free on orders over 75 euro; below that a flat shipping charge is calculated at checkout, where you will see the exact figure before you pay.

• United Kingdom: 2 to 4 working days.
• European Union: 4 to 7 working days.
• Orders placed after 1pm, or at a weekend or public holiday, are dispatched the next working day.

You will receive a dispatch email with tracking as soon as the parcel leaves us. If tracking has not moved for several days, write to us and we will chase the carrier on your behalf.

Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where it applies. For destinations outside the UK and EU, any import duty is charged by the destination country and is payable by the recipient. We cannot calculate or absorb those charges.

You may cancel and return an order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, under your statutory right of withdrawal. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Once we receive the return we refund the full purchase price, including the standard delivery charge you paid, within 14 days and to the original payment method.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of a product that has been opened or used, unless it is faulty or was not what you ordered — in which case your rights are unaffected and we cover the return postage.

How to start a return

• Email contact@nordicskincollection.com with your order number and what you are sending back.
• We reply with a return address and instructions within one working day.
• Send the parcel with a tracked service and keep the proof of postage until your refund lands.

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and include a photograph. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer, and we will not ask you to return a broken bottle.
