• Order details. When you buy something we hold what you ordered, what it cost, and the delivery and contact details needed to send it to you.
• Payment details. We never see or store your card. Payment is taken by Stripe on their own hosted page; we receive only a confirmation that it succeeded and a reference for the transaction.
• Your bag. The items in your bag are kept in your own browser storage on your device. They are not sent to us until you check out, and clearing your browser data removes them.
• Email address, if you choose to give it to us for the newsletter.
• Trade and collaboration enquiries. If you write to us through the partners or collaboration pages, we hold what you send: your name and email address, and where you give them, your phone number, company, business type, website, social handle, audience range and the country or region you work in, along with anything you write in the message field.

We do not sell or rent your data. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this site, and we do not build behavioural profiles of visitors.

• To perform the contract you entered into when you placed an order, which covers order and delivery details.
• To meet our legal obligations, which is why invoices and tax records are kept for as long as the law requires.
• With your consent, for the newsletter. You can withdraw that at any time, and every email carries an unsubscribe link. We store the exact wording you agreed to alongside your address, so what you consented to cannot be rewritten after the fact.
• To take steps at your own request before entering into a contract, which is what a trade or collaboration enquiry is. We keep it while we are in touch about it.

Only the processors we need to complete your order: Stripe for payment, and the carrier that delivers your parcel. Each receives the minimum required and is bound to use it only on our instructions.

Order and transaction records are kept for the period tax law requires. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Trade and collaboration enquiries are kept while we are in touch and for a reasonable period after, so we can pick a conversation back up; ask us and we will delete yours sooner. Anything else is deleted when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to have it sent to another provider. Write to the address above and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The only data stored in your browser is your bag, which is technically necessary for the shop to work and is never read by anyone but you.
